HOA Board of Director (BOD) approval is required for external home and landscape modification(s), alteration(s), or addition(s).  A completed “HOMEOWNER ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATION REQUEST” form is to be submitted to the BOD for approval prior to making any changes.  Please refer to the HOA General Information and Guidelines for further details.

Waste and Recycle Collection
The HOA contracts with Coastal Waste & Recycling (
727-561-0360) for all homes and the cost is included in the annual HOA fees.  Waste pickup is on Tuesday & Friday morning with recycle pickup on Wednesday morning.
